The Law Offices of Amelia L. The largest part of my practice is business immigration.  I assist companies and individuals in  obtaining a variety of nonimmigrant visas in the H-1B, L, E, O and P categories, as well as extraordinary ability, national interest waivers and employment-based permanent residence immigrant visas.  I also handle all aspects of family-based immigration matters, asylum and removal (previously known as deportation) before the U.S. Immigration Courts and consular processing.
